I am an adventurous journalist passionate about sport and sustainability.

My writing spans cycling, running, hiking, general health and fitness and regularly links sport with sustainability.

Writing for both print and digital, my work features in the Sun, Cyclist Magazine, Live for the Outdoors, Cycling247, Outdoors Magic, Cycling Weekly, Cyclingnews, Cycling247, Women’s Running Magazine and Lost Dot.

I also enjoy helping brands communicate and I’m currently advising Climategames and Zero Carbon Adventures. I’ve worked with SailGP and previously advised FTSE 350 companies and SMEs on their ESG and communication strategies, both in the UK and Kazakhstan.

Hosting The Passion Stories Podcast brings me enormous amounts of joy, as does riding my bike, hiking, running, swimming, playing tennis and emulating Roger Federer’s backhand, and exploring.

I have travelled extensively, for the adventure but also with purpose, and these travels continue to inspire my writing.
