Journalist, Podcaster & Writer

I am adventurous journalist passionate about sport and sustainability.

My coverage tends to span cycling, running, hiking, general health and fitness and regularly links sport with sustainability.

Writing for both print and digital, my work features in the Sun, Cyclist Magazine, Outdoors Magic, Cycling Weekly, Cyclingnews and Lost Dot, as well as local newspapers.

I find great joy in writing flash fiction, carving out chapters of my current book project and exploring people’s passions on my podcast - The Passion Stories. 

I’m also a marketing and communication specialist and I’m currently advising Climategames and Zero Carbon Adventures. Previously I’ve worked with SailGP, FTSE 350 companies and SMEs on their ESG and communication strategies, both in the UK and Kazakhstan.

I have travelled extensively, for the adventure but also with purpose, and these travels continue to inspire my work. 

I love languages, I’m happiest outside and I am always up for a chat.

Always keen to broaden my horizons, I’m currently based in Malta.
