I am an adventurous journalist passionate about sport and sustainability.

My work spans cycling, running, hiking, general health and fitness and regularly links sport with sustainability.

Hosting The Passion Stories Podcast brings me enormous amounts of joy, as does riding my bike, hiking, running, swimming, playing tennis and emulating Roger Federer’s backhand, and exploring.
