I am an adventurous journalist passionate about sport and sustainability.

My work spans cycling, running, hiking, general health and fitness, the joys of the outdoors and adventure, and regularly links sport with sustainability.

Hosting The Passion Stories Podcast brings me enormous amounts of joy, as does riding my bike, hiking, running, swimming, and attempting to emulate Roger Federer’s backhand.
